Invent ICT follows a multifaceted approach, that will ensure the provision of appropriate Mentoring – Coaching support and knowledge development, based on the individual needs of each team, as well as their encouragement for the development of new businesses. The support is custom-adjusted according to the needs and the maturity of the business ventures (early-stage startups, mature or relatively mature businesses, companies in restructuring/reorientation of activities phase).

The mentors’ role is to provide business guidance, with emphasis on the individual identity of the company and the industry in which it operates.

Coaches provide regular technical support to the Invent ICT teams.
